How It Works/ Terms Of Service

We are a collection only service. From so19 9qs. hence price
All items can fit into even a small car (you may need to fold seats down if your hiring alot)
You are welcome to come and collect a few days prior and bring back a few days later at no extra cost!
(once discussed) We understand the last thing you need on your wedding day is to be running props about!
Bookings:
Bookings are made directly with us over email or facebook message. We require payment IN FULL in order to secure your date. Please do not think your date is secure if you havent paid. No date is secure until payment, We can send you an email with an invoice as proof of payment if you so wish. After payment we will popyou a message just to let you know your booked into our books.
Cancellations:
In event of cancellation under circumstance , only half of your booking will be refunded it is important you note this on time of booking.
Deposit:
We do NOT operate on a deposit scheme! Please note when renting with us, you agree that if you loose or break any items, you will pay in full for any repairs/replacements we may have to do.
Late fees :
You agree that if you do not return an item on agreed date/time you will pay £25 per day for late fees
Theft:
Any attempt of theft of items will not only be dealt with by police we also have the right to bill you for not only the stolen items, but the lost income plus stress & time.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other force majeure events.
Insurance:
The client is encouraged to obtain event insurance to cover potential liabilities and damages. We have our PLI as required.
